Inconel alloy 600 is resistance to corrosion by many organic and inorganic
compoundsand also makes itvirtually im supper alloy inconel 600 601
alloy knitted wire mesh for heat system mune to
chlo-rideionstress-corrosion cracking.alloy 600 is used extensively
in the chemical industry for its strength and corrosion
resistance.Applications include heaters,stills,bubble towers,and
condensers for processing offatting acids and so on.

Inconel alloy 601 has good high temperture strength,and retains its ductility after
long service exposure,and good hot corrosion resistance under
oxidizing conditions.Alloy 601 is used for industrial
fur-naces;heat-treating equipment such as baskets,muffles,and
retorts;petrochemical and other proces sequipment;and gas-turbine
components.

Inconel alloy 625 has a high level of pitting and crevice corrosion resistance to
chloride contaminated media,such as sea water,neutral salts and
brines,Alloy 625 used in chemical processing,aerospace and marine
engineering oil &gas,pollution control equipment and nuclear
reactors.

Inconel alloy 718 has excellent corrosion resistance at high and low temperatures
and good resistance to stress-corrosion cracking and pitting
corrosion.Alloy 718 has good performance in hostile environments
containing H2S,CO2,chlorides,sulfides and free sulfur at selected
temperatures.Alloy 718 is commonly used for cryogenic storage
tanks,downhole shafts and wellhead parts.

Inconel alloy 800 resiss sulfur attack,internal oxidation,scaling and corrosion in a
multitude of environments.Alloy 800 is used in a variety of
applications involving expoeure to corrosive environments and high
tempertatures.It is used for heat-treating equitment such as
baskets,trays,fixtures,and used for heat exchangers and other
piping systems in nitric acid media.

Inconel Alloy 800H has excellent corrosion resistance in the water media at extremely
high temperature of 500 degree.Its higher nickel content made it
have good stress corrosion resistance cracking properties in the
water corrosion condition.High chromium content made it better
resistance to priting and crevice corrosion cracking.This alloy can
resist nitric acid and organic acid,but it is not so fine in the
sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid.

Inconel Alloy 825 has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and good
pitting resistance in all environments except strongly oxidizing
chloride solutions.Alloy 825 is used in chemical
processing,pollution control,oil and gas recovery,acid
production,pickling operations,nuclear fuel reprocessing and
handling of radioactive wastes.
