Sintered metal mesh is a new type of filter material which is made
of multi-layer metal braided wire mesh and is manufactured by a
special lamination press and vacuum sintering process, and has a
high mechanical strength and an overall rigid structure.
Structural features
Generally divided into five-layer structure, divided into
protective layer, filter layer, separation layer, support layer
four parts, the sintered mesh material is easy to be formed,
processed and welded, and can be conveniently processed into round,
cylindrical, conical, corrugated and other forms of filter
elements.
